We decided to spend Aug. 30th – Sept. 7th in Paris, France, to celebrate the collection of Apolis market bags being featured at the ‘Los Angeles Rive Gauche’ pop-up shop at Le Bon Marché. The elaborately themed pop-up includes over 200 brands that traveled from the City of Angels to the City of Lights.
On September 5th, we had the honor of attending a private reception along with over 1,000 guests. The event's main attraction was the life-size skateboard pipe set up in the middle of the department store, with a few brave shredders tearing up the pipe.
It was a fun evening, and one of the highlights was being able to share the story behind the market bag with the Le Bon Marché sales team. A couple of Parisian mothers especially loved the way the market bag empowers the moms who handcraft the market bag and receive fair trade wages, annual profit dividends, and a retirement fund — learn more here.

The pop-up at Le Bon Marché will be open until October 21st, and you can shop the collaborative Apolis bags online as well as in-store. We're also grateful that the pop-up has been featured by our friends at The Hollywood Reporter, Vogue, and WWD.
