Most of us at the Apolis team grew up on the California coast and Venice has always held a special place in our heart. We love seeing how the Abbot Kinney area has changed since Milkmade opened nearly three years ago, from pure bohemian to a mix of unique apparel, boutique restaurants, salty surf shops and art galleries. Milkmade owner Brian Lee has been selecting the best of the best new men's & women's collections and it’s always a pleasure to see his evolving vision for the space. In collaboration with him, we built the first Apolis Marketplace to compliment the release of our fourth regional Market Bag.
This spring, we launched our Local+Global regional Market Bag project which connects our Bangladesh cooperative with our retailers across the globe. On Friday, August 5th, join us as we gather to bring together the local community of Venice, CA with our international advocacy partners in Bangladesh who make our Market Bag. It is part of our mission at Apolis to foster relationships between our retailers and our international advocacy partners. In the spirit of this type of global community, we cordially invite you to join us on August 5th at our inaugural Local+Global Gathering at Milkmade during Abbot Kinney's First Friday.
The first 50 Apolis subscribers to RSVP@apolisglobal.com will be welcomed with food and drink, courtesy of our friends at Wurstküche - View invitation. Also, just like our other Local+Global partnerships, the first ten Apolis mobile app users to visit Milkmade and purchase their exclusive Venice Market Bag & Apolis + Matteo Linen Bandana bundle will receive $25 savings. So if you’re in Venice, download the Apolis Mobile App to access your ‘first come, first served’ savings.
