On August 17th, we had the pleasure of hosting our fourth skill-building workshop at Apolis: Community Centre in SoHo, New York.
This gathering was hosted by Kyle Westaway, a Wall Street Journal contributor and author of the recent book Profit & Purpose. This was our second workshop with Kyle at Apolis: Community Centre, and we were thrilled to welcome him back. Kyle shared tips and insights from his experiences as a writer, and participants got a short fill-in workbook on "How to Get Published." Kyle discussed keys to success when publishing a story, and this memorable evening finished with a stimulating Q&A discussion involving the 30+ guests who had taken the time to invest in themselves and their writing.
Special thanks to Kyle, the Apolis team, and everyone who attended our fourth workshop at Apolis: Community Centre. The following photostory by Ray Neutron showcases highlights from the evening. We hope you'll join us for our next workshop on September 18th: How to Build a Brand with Purpose, featuring Apolis Creative Director Raan Parton (registration is now open). All our upcoming events will be listed on this page, so check back as often as you'd like!
