We first met the Corsillo brothers, proprietors of Hickoree's in Brooklyn, NY, four years ago when they were passing through Los Angeles promoting their new tie line called The Hillside. Since then, The Hillside has taken off and they have established a creative office and flagship store in Brooklyn, just opposite of the Williamsburg Bridge. When looking for a new home for our Apolis: Nomad Market, we knew this would be a prime location for the remainder of 2012.
Emil and Sandy Corsillo have stocked Hickoree's with an eclectic mix of domestic product and pieces from Japan, Europe and other diverse regions. We share a reverence with the Corsillos for the hands that create a product and this commonality has only caused our friendship to grow over the last four years. We are honored to partner with them and host Apolis: Nomad Market in their space for the 2012 holiday season.
